It can get crowed at times however the lineup is fairly wide and open leaving lots of wave to ride and some opportunities to push ones limits like Francisco Coronado finding some 360 airtime 

 Tweaking and fine-tuning there styles and maneuvers….La Curva is also a well sited training area for Costa Rica’s professional and amateurs surfers alike.

Its also a beautiful spot and time of year when the swells starts funneling in at the right direction!

 

A whole lot of surfing going on down here in the lower latitudes!

It’s agreed that the waves were medium size this year but better conditions and swell direction was excellent,..Places like Playa Jaco had more good to excellent days of surf

 Roca was called on late evening with waves topping out to 15 on the faces with the likelihood of excellent conditions at sunrise the next morning.
